This place has a great location near La Brouckère metro station and friendly, helpful staff.

Newly renovated hotel and the location very close to center was magnificent. The room we had was spotless and silent with the cupboard, several beds, as example. We appreciated sleeping 2 nights in this property...

The bed was not really comfortable, unfortunately.

The triple room was quiet and had a shower, hairdryer, and bath towels.

localisation- very good place in the city centre, close to the shopping street and close to the Grand Place and train station, very kind personel, I like the architecture and furniture in the hotel- stilisation of the times of II wordl war, price- adequeate to conditions

slow internet connection,WiFI doesnt work everywhere, loud clock bells which make impossible to sleep in tghe morning, although the localisation is great, the hotel is in the small street which is difficult to find and it smells (even taxi driver with navigation had problems to find it).

It was easy to walk to many attractions and there were also public transportation options nearby. the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, providing us with good recommendations for places to eat and visit.
